Good Morning everyone, I would just like to make a small plea if I may.
We respond to emails, texts and voicemails as soon as we can but we do try to keep it to office hours.
It can become very difficult if we get calls very late at night or during weekends, I hope you all understand.
I know that it is important that sometimes people just need to speak to someone, at once, but from a practical and personal point of view we are not in a position to offer a 24/7 service.
I apologise for any inconvenience.
