I always try to be positive and to see the good things that are in my life, when we face sadness and distress it can be so difficult. I also try really hard to live in the moment, not to go over the past, the past has been and gone.

I asked lots of people for the things that made them happy, the list is inspiring, you will notice it is actually 102 ways to happiness, I couldn’t leave one out! Oh and wine seems to crop up quite a lot.

Feel free to print the list off, laminate and stick on the fridge, so when you are having a bad time read the list for inspiration.

We all have so much to be grateful for.

Thank you to everyone who gave me their ideas.
